Its faster—and more reliable—to just use their website.
Even after ordering through the app and waiting 30 minutes (the app doesnt tell you how long the wait will be so I guessed), I still had to wait a few minutes in line and then a few minutes for my fries, which they almost forgot. "Skip the line" doesnt actually work unless you want to interrupt someone in the middle of taking an order, so that shouldnt be advertised unless they have 2 people on the registers at all times. Also, I had to checkout twice since the first order didnt go through (got an error). Overall not a great app compared to similar fast food apps.
My iPhone SE doesnt like the app. It never gets past the splash screen.
Horrible. I get an error every single time. Simply does not work. The new website is terrible as well.

I cannot get this app to work since the location finder never displays any locations to choose. I have downloaded and deleted this app a few times in attempts to get it to work - but it just keeps letting me down.
I dont have a problem with the app itself so much as its integration with its marketing. I constantly get emails to buy this or do this and theyll put a free something on my account on the app. Never shows up however. Ive tried reaching out to the app developers and bgoods website and never get a response. Ordering from the app seems to work great however
This app gave me only one choice of restaurant, and a distant one at that, when there is a much closer one five minutes away.
Should have already been made to work at new locations but its fine. Great place with great food!
Love the new app. I order on my way home from work and its ready when i get there and dont even have to take my wallett out.
Did anyone test this? Slow, buggy, and non-functional. Cannot sign in or create a user account. Instructions are unclear that you need to give a phone number that can receive SMS. But it didnt matter because no SMS was ever sent. Privacy policy link goes to a blank white screen. Instructions refer to a button ("sign up") that doesnt exist. (Button is "NEXT") Failed on repeated attempts to create account. Never received an approval code by SMS.
Lots of bugs and quirks. Try selecting favorite location. Also. Very slow! Not sure I trust this release.
Love b.good. The old app was fast and easy. Just got the new app and it is painfully slow, I hope they are aware and working on an update.
Used the app a couple of weeks ago to order. Worked fine. Tried to use it today and the kids meals were not an option. Please fix.
This app doesnt take into account rewards from your b.good card. Just gives you the sign up kale and grain bowl. Dont use it.
Very slow. None of my saved gifts pulled from the old app into the new one. It took a year to create this?! Maybe the graphics/photos are nice, but it doesnt change the fact this app stinks to use.
So slow! My lunch would be over in the time it would take to place an order.
It just doesnt work and takes b.good experience downhill. Doesnt work on WiFi, freezes, map doesnt pull up consistently to select your location, doesnt save your location, and more... So annoyed 12+ of us in the office deleted the app from our phones and with the lost convenience the volume of business we give has unfortunately decreased.
Love this app - will use everyday!
