Love it! The app helps me get my food quicker , its efficient and the occasional gifts put me in a good mood! I eat bgood at least once a week, so the app helps me find the closest location... Im a huge fan.

B.good really did a great job with this app. It has a simple user interface for customers and b.good has done a great job of giving the customer any easy way to view the menu, order food, apply discount/promotional coupons and share information about the company with friends. I wish more companies would follow b.goods lead as it relates to engaging with customers via mobile technology.

My old account and history are gone. If you know that will happen a warning would be nice. Im going to find out anyway -- better from being told than from experience. (And I did use the same email as the app instructed.) Also, gifts sent to my email arent showing up in the app, so it seems youve been unable to link my old account to the new app despite the same email address. Makes the new app almost useless. If I could revert I would.

I used to have the old version, which I didnt love, but the new version is phenomenal! They give away free food and its so easy to use! Love it!!

Since the update everything has been much easier to access and use. Highly recommend app to acquire the rewards and coupons.

New app is worse. I cant reuse my old account. I had a long history with it. Now I have to give my phone number too. Its enough they have my email but my phone too? No thanks.

Whenever I earn or receive a gift by email, it never appears on the app like its supposed to. The previous version worked much better. Shame because I really like their food.

I keep getting a Connection Error just trying to make an account. If I skip the account screen, everything else is unresponsive. The app is currently unusable for me

The app seems to have some glitches. Takes forever to load, does not let you sign in because of a "connection error" and will not load main page completely. Kind of a bummer.

I must have come in after the reported issues but Ive been using it for months and its been working great for me!

Cant order from app-screen wont appear. Cant redeem gifts. Despite all the wiz bang programming, the QR code on my keychain was better!

I love that I can order ahead (and avoid the line, esp. during the lunch rush) and that I can donate/give food.

It would be good in theory but it doesnt work. At all. It doesnt sync with my account and orders dont get processed. I give up.

Its glitchy, takes a ton of space for what it does, is not intuitive, and does not work over WiFi. I only use it because of the free food, but whoever coded this was sloppy. This app show work - flawlessly. But it doesnt. On the WiFi, most of the features are ghosted out.

Enough said.. I had breakfast a b.good the other day.. The class bowl, the Elvis acai bowl and a cup of coffee. FRESH! Nutrient dense. Ill be back again soon.

There are some good things about this app compared to the old one such as being able to add a new credit card or edit credit card information but I do not understand why you would remove the special instructions and the ability to choose when the order would be processed allowing customers to pre-order.
